Mikey AI
Text messages from Mikey AI
Mikey AI sends prescribers short care-coordination texts when a pharmacy they work with sends them a question about a patient. Texts never include patient information and are never used for marketing.
How prescribers opt in
Only the prescriber can turn texts on, by entering their own mobile number and ticking the consent box. They do this on the page where they read a pharmacy’s question (reached from a faxed or emailed link), or from an invite link a pharmacist sends them. Mikey AI never texts a number that a pharmacy or anyone else entered. Each opt-in is saved with its time.
